Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Independent Snagging (“Independent Snagging”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Scope of Services

Independent Snagging provides professional property snagging and visual inspection services for residential and commercial properties across the UAE.

Inspections are based on the visible condition of the property at the time of inspection and are non-invasive in nature unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Inspection Reports

Inspection reports are prepared based on observations made during the inspection and are intended to help identify visible defects, workmanship issues and unfinished items.

Reports do not constitute:

• a structural survey

• a warranty or guarantee

• confirmation of future performance or condition

Any rectification, repair or follow-up work remains the responsibility of the developer, contractor, owner or relevant third party.

Booking & Payments

Inspection bookings are confirmed once agreed by both parties.

Payment may be made through approved payment methods including bank transfer, payment link or other accepted methods communicated at the time of booking.

Refund Policy

Completed Services

Once an inspection has been completed and the report has been issued, service fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Before Inspection

Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled inspection qualify for a partial refund, subject to applicable processing or administrative charges.

Cancellation by Independent Snagging

If we are unable to complete the inspection due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may choose between:

• a full refund, or

• rescheduling the inspection at no additional charge

Cancellation & Rescheduling

More Than 24 Hours Before Appointment

Appointments may be rescheduled without additional charges, subject to availability.

Less Than 24 Hours Before Appointment

Late cancellations, rescheduling requests or failure to provide access result in cancellation charges.

No Access / No Show

If access to the property is unavailable at the agreed time, the appointment may be treated as cancelled and charges apply.

Limitation of Liability

Independent Snagging shall not be liable for:

• defects not visible at the time of inspection

• concealed or inaccessible issues

• future deterioration or changes in condition

• repair or rectification works carried out by third parties after inspection

Our liability is limited to the value of the inspection service provided.

Website Use

All website content, reports, branding and materials remain the property of Independent Snagging unless otherwise stated and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the United Arab Emirates.
